
Is it better to have a white or red wine with a turkey dinner?
I would get a Pinot Blanc, Riesling, or Gewurtztraminer either Alsatian for any of them, German for Riesling, or an Austrian Gruner Veltliner. All but Gruner Veltliner can be found in new world wines as well. If you lean towards reds any of the Beaujolais would be a good pairing as well.
