Beware of early warning signs of diabetes

You may already be suffering from one of the most common – and often overlooked disease of modern lifestyle. It is a disease, surprisingly enough, caused by the inability of your body to maximize the food you eat. His name is insulin resistance and is the main characteristic of diabetes in adults who hit one out of three of us during our lives.

It is also known as metabolic syndrome or syndrome X and it opens the way to obesity and heart disease, even if you're not diabetic. Up to 50% of people with this condition do not even know they are affected and they might have their life shortened by 15 years if left untreated.

May you experience these symptoms: feeling tired and listless motivation and lack of being active. Gaining a pound a pound here and there – and the difficulty of losing them. This weight could also have settled around the abdominal area where you are now an apple shape. And eventually, if you're a person of your blood pressure and cholesterol in May slipped upward year after year.

Diabetes is a nasty disease that affects some 246 million in world and each year another 7 million people joining the ranks. What can you do? The prescription is simple to start a regular exercise program and eat right because each reduces insulin resistance.

Health professionals are aware of resistance insulin for decades, but only in the 10 years they have gained a better understanding of exactly how it derails your health. It is caused by over-consumption of refined carbohydrates such as bread, pasta, and sugary foods and drinks.

Normally, after eating a meal, your body breaks down carbohydrates into glucose, or sugar in the blood that induces the release of insulin. It is a hormone that helps glucose transport from blood to cells especially muscle cells where it is burned for energy or stored if you do not active.

When a person eats a lot of refined carbohydrates year after year, decade after decade, even a waterfall dangerous occurs. The insulin levels remain chronically high, and the cells become less sensitive – and resistant – to insulin. Consequently, glucose relatively little burning and levels remain high and eventually evolve into diabetes.

The consequences of hypertension glucose may take years to appear. Complications are generally the result of changes in the vascular system (arteries, veins, etc.) causing damage that can not be repaired. Many years of high glucose levels induce changes in the vessel wall which restrict blood flow to certain particularly sensitive tissues such as brain, heart, eyes, nervous system and kidneys. As a result, these tissues and organs become malnourished in May through the bloodstream and begin to die.

Up to 80% of this problem can be avoided by a proper exercise program that contains a large percentage of a year of strength training supported by an appropriate diet. It is important that there is enough energy from food to put some effort into the exercise program and help maintain motivation high levels.

To prevent diabetes of the most important things are to maintain the level of blood sugar under control and improve the body's cells to insulin sensitivity. Exercise Strength training did both these things better than any other form of exercise.

How?

1. By building more muscle toning, it is the packaging tissue that takes sugar in the blood and dissipates less than 90%. So the more muscle you have more sugar than you can wipe the blood.

2. In increasing the amount of blood flow to muscles, which allows more glucose to be released in the highly active tissue that can burn.

3. By increasing insulin sensitivity of muscle cells with tonic increasingly sensitive to the effects of insulin. This allows blood sugar to be allowed to lower levels of insulin.

4. By reducing the levels of abdominal fat that increases the resistance insulin and causes many other health risks.

Immediately start your exercise program with the help of a professional competence to ensure that you do not get one of these frightening statistics that end with diabetes.

If you pay attention some of the early warning signs of insulin resistance such that becomes even slightly overweight in your 30's 40's and you have a good chance of preventing diabetes and complications thereof when you are older.
