Would it help if I signed a sales contract on transfer of securities?
I am transferring title to someone. The title is the name of my girlfriend. It has already signed, but it is out of state. The address is on the title is the same address as the lady will take the car. I know I mentioned that in another question, but this time, my question is … Do you think that lady would feel more comfortable with me, do not be the person on the title if you write a bill of sale and signed it?
I kinda doubt it. If she thinks you arent legitimate seller I do not think you would write a sales letter is going to help you. Maybe your girlfriend to write a sales letter and fax you give it could help, but in reality the bill of sales are for information only on a car that has a good title. The title is the only legal document of ownership.
