How can I repair a damaged photo autographed by water that is glued to the window?
I have an autographed picture in a context that water was poured on her. The image is stuck on the glass. Is there a way to get off with her Ripping? If I get has restored you get the original? The image is damaged by water and autograph ran a little.
there is a low product sold in craft stores and even at Walmart. its called "non-doing". its the only thing i think CCAN that could save the photo .- It can separate duct tape from toilet paper.
