Cowboys Signed

Dallas Cowboys qualities "off season

With the festivities off-season coming to a conclusion after the draft, it is time to revisit the myriad of moves by the Cowboys this off-season. I'll start with free agency. To the right of the note is the duration of the contract and the dollar amount and years.

WR – Terrell Owens – C + 3 / 25

This is a boom or bust signing. By doing so, we have one of the most powerful
Infringements committed in the league. There's also a chance that he might destroy our team
chemistry and ruin our season. I do not think it will happen in the first years anyway.

ILB – Akin Ayodele – B + 5 / 17

Ayodele seems to be the perfect player to replace Nguyen. He is tall,
LB Physical who excels at stuffing the run. He is young and still has
backwards, but it is just a question really considering Jacksonville
do not even want him back.

OT – Jason Fabini – A 3/7.5

It was a great blow. We have presented a good veteran tackle a market. It
help increase the stability of our offensive line.

OG – Kyle Kosi – B 5 / 15

The Cowboys obviously believe that Kyle is on the verge of an outstanding season.
But he has not really been something special to this point. I love signature, but I wonder if it will really be an upgrade over Larry Allen.

TE – Ryan Hannam – B-3 / 5

We needed a another blocking TE and he should feel very good role. It is always
much a player in development though so Dallas is hoping that it improves its
performance in Seattle

LB – Rocky Boiman – B 3 / 5

Boiman is a great special teams player who brings a solid depth at LB. It
better be as good as people say it is on the unit cover is worth the money.

K – Mike Vanderjagt – B 3/5.5

We absolutely need a kicker, but I would prefer one that could kick-off
and has not been such a shock.

FS – Marcus Coleman – A 1/.8

I do not know if he has anything left, but if the fact we had a bad crazy to fly. Can not complain when they made only about eight hundred thousand.

I disagreed with some of the top picks in the draft, but you can only get excited
because they do not select "your" guys. I really liked what we did on the second day. We got some great value. They place I regret not fill the holes in the offensive line was, but you can fill the holes as years.

OLB Bobby Carpenter – A

This was an excellent choice. It is the ideal solution for our defense. They only thing that could make this Selection is better if we could have exchanged a couple of
spots and still got him.

TE Anthony Fasano – B

This selection is certainly growing on me. We do not need another TE as we are
making the switch to a 2 TE offense. Fasano is a blue collar player who
come and contribute immediately.

Jason Hatcher – C

I'm not a big fan of that choice, but I can see why it was done. Hatcher has freakish
athletic ability for a guy his size and could really be a steal. That being said, was already one of our deepest positions, and I think we have two entries in the long term already here, Canty and Spears.

WR / KR Skyler Green – B —

I like Green, but it might be a little high for him. It is a great kick returner, but never as much as a receiver.

FS Pat Watkins – A

I love the pick Watkins. It was a good player at Florida Lawrence, and he really
great potential. Do not be too surprised if we left free safety.

NT Montavious Stanley – A +

The best selection of our project. It is Taylor Made for the nose facing position. Not only must give a lot of depth, but it has great potential as well. I do not see how he went to the 6th round as good as we had in college.

G / T Pat McQuistian – B

Pat is a great sleeper, which will struggle to make the team without
injury. It is a big lineman, strong and fairly athletic, but it is so new that you can get.

OL EJ Whitley – A

I love this pick. Whitley has been a coherent part Tech's offensive line at Texas for three years. He started to experience all the O-line position, but it is probably better placed to play center and guard. I'm rooting for him to make the team, because if we have another center on our list then we will be more inclined to use as a starting point guard if Gurode one input falters. Otherwise, Parcells will be hesitant to do because it would only have one other center on the list.

Overall, I give our students off-season, a B +. Allen Cup and Glover
hurt a little, but you can not complain much in all the shots we took. Bill and Jerry finally get an A for effort because they probably tried to improve this team. I give Free agency a solid, because we've signed some quality guys upside while avoiding the huge contracts that may haunt you. I will give the draft a B with room for improvement if Hatcher Out pans.
