You are certainly entitled to your opinion but reality must enter
somewhere in your evaluation of JP. Just two short seasons ago he was
the number 6 ranked QB in the AFC.

I don't think it will effect him,but it will take him longer to
learn.Because his back up will be a guy with a chip on his
shoulder.That knows nothing about being a good NFL QB.

Either way the season will turn to *.If JP plays or Baker is the
QB.That's the reason we need a solid back up.Not JP or Baker.

Wow just two years ago!* happend to him last year and the other
years he was the staring QB?So my reality is that he sucked all but
one year and one year he was average.If you think he is good you can
stick with that.I will stick with that he will be out of the leauge
with in 3 yrs.

Tell me which one of these QBs that you would turn down for Losman.Eli
Manning,Big Ben,Rivers,Schaub.One of the worst draft picks in Bills
history.You will see this in about 10 yrs or so when the other QBs
retire.

A big difference, though, is that each of the QB's you listed above
had/have far better teams surrounding them. In Losman's defense his O-
line blew.

second-rate Div I school and who has never taken a snap in anger in the
bigs?

I respectfully disagree. It would be a step back for JP to start, but it
will be a step over the cliff if Baker gets even a snap where the Bills
don't have a three score lead.

Absolutely agree.

His o-line, his receivers (except for Evans), his TE, the coaching staffs.
etc ...

That's not to say JP did not have a hand in his own demise (skipping balls
off the carpet, inability to keep feet planted, etc ...), but that poor
* had almost no suppporting talent.

Apparently you "tuned out" the rest. The rest being the part where JP said
he would fulfill the last year of his contract if he wasn't traded or

Unfortunately, I think your hatred of JP has rendered you with "selective
reading".

As Geoff pointed out, if this hiccup of a controversy has a negative effect
on Edwards in ANY way, shape or form, then the Bills have bigger problems
to worry about than JP.
