Will the Bears get Joe Flacco, Brian Brohm, or Sam Baker in the draft?
Joe Flacco and Brian Brohm would really help the Bears with their QB dilemma, and Sam Baker could really help the Bears struggling offense.
Do you see the Bears getting any of these 3 players?
Indiana Pride- I doubt it, there aren’t that good of QBs in free agency and the Bears won’t get Donovan McNabb, and the Bears usally go for the draft
Cosmo Kramer- The Bears wouldn’t have to give up some valuable stuff to get Donovan McNabb, like 2 first round picks and a big contract. As much as I want to see Donovan McNabb play for the Bears, it won’t be happening.
The Bears should AGGRESSIVELY pursue Donovan McNabb. And by aggressive, I mean aggressive – give them anything within reason. Now if they DON’T get McNabb I’m not sure if Brohm will be there. They might want to invest in trading up since I wouldn’t be surprised if Mr. Parcells over in Miami would be willing to trade that #1 pick for some draft depth and future picks- and then the Bears could take a franchise QB in Matt Ryan. The Bears need to steer away from taking a second tier QB in the first round again, go for the big hit for once. I don’t really see Joe Flacco, Chad Henne, John David Booty or Brian Brohm (if you can even get him which I doubt) as being the type of Quarterback the Bears need in that weather late in the season and the playoffs. Matt Ryan is a big strong, poised Quarterback that grew up in bad weather and has played in it. It paid off for the Giants!
